A lifelong San Antonio resident, Thomas Bassler founded the firm in 1988 to provide legal services grounded in trust, integrity, and clarity. He earned his BBA and J.D. from St. Mary’s University, and later completed his LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Denver College of Law.


With more than 30 years of experience and board certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law, Thomas is known for his direct communication, technical insight, and hands-on support across complex legal matters.

Sarah Bassler Harter

Attorney

Born and raised in San Antonio, Sarah Bassler Harter officially joined the firm in 2016—continuing a lifelong connection to the legal world she grew up in. She holds a B.A. in English Writing from St. Edward’s University and a J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law.


Sarah’s practice focuses on probate administration and estate planning, where she offers clear, compassionate guidance to individuals and families navigating sensitive transitions.
